Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy tashkilotlar tizimidagi ijtimoiy rollar va statuslar (mavqelar)ning transformatsiyasi jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Raqamli iqtisodiyot va masofaviy ish uslublarining kirib kelishi natijasida an’anaviy ierarxik rollarning o‘zgarishi, yangi turdagi ijtimoiy mavqelarning shakllanishi va ularning xodimlar motivatsiyasiga ta’siri yoritib berilgan. Tadqiqotda tashkilot ichidagi vertikal va gorizontal mobillik, ijtimoiy statuslarning xodimlar xulq-atvoriga ta’sir ko‘rsatish mexanizmlari hamda jamoaviy muhitda "statusli ziddiyatlar"ni boshqarish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan.
