Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada Kanada ta’lim tizimining shakllanish tamoyillari, tuzilishi va hozirgi zamon global raqobat sharoitida ta’lim samaradorligini ta’minlashga xizmat qiluvchi mexanizmlari chuqur yoritilgan. Tadqiqot Kanada ta’limining barqaror rivojlanishi, o‘quvchi shaxsiga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv, tenglik va inklyuzivlik siyosati, davlat tomonidan ta’limga ajratiladigan moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari hamda raqamlashtirilgan o‘quv jarayonining afzalliklarini qamrab oladi.

Maqolada shuningdek, Kanadadagi o‘qituvchilar mehnatiga baho berish tizimi, pedagoglarni tayyorlashda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy kompetensiyalar, STEAM yondashuvining amaliy qo‘llanilishi, o‘quv dasturlarining egiluvchanlik darajasi va o‘quvchi mustaqilligini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan ta’lim modeli tahlil qilingan.Kanada ta’lim tizimi va O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimi o‘rtasida amalga oshirilgan qiyosiy tahlil davlat siyosati, ta’lim dasturlari, baholash metodlari, o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirish jarayoni, raqamli ta’lim infratuzilmasi hamda o‘quvchilarning kompetensiyalarini baholash mezonlaridagi umumiylik va farqlarni ochib beradi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, O‘zbekiston ta’limini modernizatsiya qilishda Kanadaning ijtimoiy adolat, ta’limga teng imkoniyat yaratish, raqamlashtirish, amaliy mashg‘ulotlar ulushini oshirish, pedagoglarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va sifat monitoringi bo‘yicha tajribasi samarali ekani asoslab beriladi. Mazkur maqola ta’lim siyosatshunoslari, oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalari, pedagoglar va ta’lim sohasida strategik islohotlar bilan shug‘ullanuvchi mutaxassislar uchun dolzarb ilmiy-amaliy manba bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
