Abstract

Mazkur maqolada boshlang‘ich tayyorgarlik guruhidagi akademik eshkak eshuvchilarning mashg‘ulot jarayonida pulsometriya va xronometraj ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda 12–14 yoshli 10 nafar sportchi ishtirok etdi. Mashg‘ulot davomida yurak urish chastotasi dinamikasi hamda mashg‘ulot tuzilmasining vaqt bo‘yicha taqsimlanishi o‘rganildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, asosiy yuklama vaqtida puls ko‘rsatkichlari maksimal yurak urish chastotasining 75–80% oralig‘ida bo‘lib, bu yosh sportchilar uchun o‘rtacha intensivlik zonasiga mos keladi. 8 haftalik kuzatuv davomida yurak-qon tomir tizimining moslashuvi yaxshilangani va tiklanish tezligi oshgani aniqlandi. Pulsometriya va xronometraj usullari mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini ilmiy asosda nazorat qilishda samarali vosita ekanligi isbotlandi.
