Abstract

This article analyzes modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of benign ovarian tumors and tumor-like lesions in adolescent girls. The clinical manifestations, diagnostic value of ultrasound examination, conservative and surgical treatment methods, and the role of organ-preserving surgery in maintaining reproductive potential are discussed. Particular attention is paid to preserving ovarian tissue and functional ovarian activity during treatment. The importance of postoperative rehabilitation, menstrual cycle monitoring, and long-term follow-up is also emphasized. Modern organ-preserving and minimally invasive approaches may contribute to improving treatment outcomes and preserving the reproductive health of adolescent patients.
