Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada strategik boshqaruv yondashuvi asosida umumta’lim maktablarida ta’lim sifatini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim sifati – maktab faoliyatining asosiy mezonlaridan biri bo‘lib, uning samarali boshqaruvi strategik rejalashtirish, tizimli monitoring va ishtirokchilarning faol hamkorligini talab etadi. Maqolada strategik boshqaruvning bosqichlari, ta’lim sifatini belgilovchi omillar hamda zamonaviy yondashuvlar asosida maktablarda sifatni oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar keltirilgan. Shuningdek, SWOT tahlil asosida maktab muhitini tahlil qilish, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, hamkorlik madaniyatini shakllantirish kabi yo‘nalishlar muhim o‘rin egallaydi. Mazkur yondashuv orqali umumta’lim maktablarining raqobatbardoshligi va barqaror rivojlanishi ta’minlanishi mumkinligi asoslab berilgan.
