Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada genderga oid til islohotlari zamonaviy yondashuvlar-genderdan xalos bo‘lish (de-gendering) va ko‘pgina genderlarni aks ettirish (multi-gendering)
Maqolada bu strategiyalarning asosiy maqsadi tilda gender tengligini ta’minlash, gender strategiyalari doirasida tahlil qilinadi. stereotiplarini kamaytirish va inklyuzivlikni oshirish ekani ko‘rsatib beriladi. Ingliz, rus, nemis va o‘zbek tillari misolida turli til tizimlarida bu yondashuvlarning qanday qo‘llanilishi, afzalliklari va murakkabliklari muhokama qilinadi. Shuningdek, gender inklyuziv bayonotlarning ijtimoiy ta’siri, jumladan, tashkilotlarda jozibadorlik va xavfsizlik hissini oshirishdagi o‘rni eksperimental tadqiqotlar asosida yoritiladi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, til islohotlari orqali gender tengligiga erishish — nafaqat lingvistik, balki ijtimoiy o‘zgarishlarni ham talab qiluvchi kompleks jarayon ekanligi ta’kidlanadi.
