Аннотация
Maqolada Boloniya jarayoni doirasida oliy ta’limda pedagoglarning malaka oshirish tizimi va O‘zbekiston tajribasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Yevropa oliy ta’lim hududida (EHEA) qo‘llanilayotgan kredit-modul tizimi, umrboqiy ta’lim, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, mobillik dasturlari hamda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish O‘zbekiston oliy ta’limidagi an’anaviy malaka oshirish shakllari bilan taqqoslanadi. Tadqiqot natijasida o‘xshashliklar, farqlar va istiqbolli yo‘nalishlar aniqlanadi.
