Аннотация
This article examines how legal restrictions imposed by various governments affect free speech online. It provides a detailed analysis of the main areas and laws through which these restrictions are enforced and discusses their implications for individual rights and public discourse. It also provides suggestions for how to balance the need to regulate these laws with the protection of free speech in the digital age.
