Tadqiqotda jismoniy mashqlar, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, vazn nazorati va psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlashning bemorlarning nafas yo‘llari funktsiyasi, astma simptomlari va hayot sifatiga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, individualizatsiyalangan nomedikamentoz yondashuv bronxial astma va semizlik bilan og‘rigan bemorlar uchun xavfsiz, samarali va hayot sifatini yaxshilashga qaratilgan strategiya hisoblanadi.
