Аннотация
Ushbu maqolada xromatografiyaning biomuhandislik sohasidagi qo‘llanilishi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xromatografiya biologik moddalarning tozaligi, tarkibi va miqdorini aniqlashda samarali usul sifatida ta’kidlangan. Maqolada oqsillar, fermentlar, gormonlar, nuklein kislotalar va rekombinant biologik mahsulotlarni ajratish va tahlil qilishdagi xromatografik metodlarning ahamiyati, shuningdek, metabolik jarayonlarni o‘rganishdagi roli yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xromatografiya biomuhandislik faoliyatining ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, ilmiy va amaliy ishlanmalarda yuqori samaradorlikni ta’minlaydi.
