Аннотация

Orolbo'yi hududi xotin-qizlarida sut bezi saratoni keng tarqalgan onkologik kasallik bo'lib, uning metastaz jarayoni va unga ta'sir etuvchi faktorlar (ekologik, genetik, hayot tarzi) patologoanatomik jihatdan o'rganilgan. Ushbu tadqiqotda kasallikning epidemiologiyasi, metastaz bosqichlari va morfologik o'zgarishlari tahlil qilinadi, shuningdek, Orol dengizi ekologik falokati ta'sirida kasallik ko'rsatkichlarining o'sishi ko'rsatilgan. Ekologik falokat natijasida hududda pestitsidlar va tuzlarning yuqori darajada tarqalishi endokrin tizimiga ta'sir qilib, sut bezi saratonining insidentligini 1,5–2 baravar oshirgan, bu global miqyosda o'rganilayotgan masalalardan biri. Genetik mutatsiyalar (BRCA1/2) va semizlik kabi faktorlar kasallikning aggressiv rivojlanishiga yordam beradi, patologoanatomik jihatdan esa hujayra atypiyasi, neovaskulyarizatsiya va stromal fibroz metastaz jarayonini tezlashtiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari hududiy sog'liqni saqlash tizimida erta skrining va profilaktika choralarini kuchaytirish zarurligini ta'kidlaydi, chunki kasallikning o'lim darajasi yuqori bo'lib, global prognozlarga ko'ra 2040 yilga kelib ko'rsatkichlar 3 millionga yetishi mumkin.
