Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yosh sportchilarda chidamlilik sifatini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha zamonaviy, ilmiy asoslangan va samarali metodlar yoritilgan. Chidamlilik sportchining uzoq muddatli jismoniy faoliyatga bardosh berish qobiliyati bo‘lib, bu sifatni yosh davrida shakllantirish sport faoliyatida muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada turli yondashuvlar, metodlar, ularning afzallik va kamchiliklari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, tajriba asosida chidamlilikni rivojlantirishda eng maqbul usullar aniqlangan.
