Abstract

Ushbu maqolada imkoniyati cheklangan 11–12 yoshdagi stol tennischilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini rivojlantirishda maxsus mashqlar dasturining samaradorligi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot tajriba va nazorat guruhlari asosida olib borildi. Tajriba guruhi 8 hafta davomida maxsus mashqlar majmualarini bajarib, koordinatsiya, muvozanat, tezlik va chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlarini sezilarli darajada yaxshiladi. Natijalar Student t-test va P qiymati asosida tahlil qilindi va maxsus mashqlar dasturining samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan tasdiqlandi. Shu bilan birga, mashqlar bolalarning psixologik holatini yaxshilash, o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonchini oshirish va ijtimoiy muhitga moslashuvini kuchaytirishga yordam berishi aniqlangan. Maxsus mashqlarni qo‘llash orqali o‘quvchilarni sog‘lomlashtirish, immunitetini mustahkamlash va charchoqqa chidamlilikni oshirishga erishildi. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagog-trenerlar va jismoniy tarbiya mutaxassislari uchun imkoniyati cheklangan bolalar bilan ishlashda amaliy tavsiyalar sifatida xizmat qiladi. Shuningdek, maqola jismoniy faoliyatning ijtimoiy va psixologik rivojlanishga ta’sirini ko‘rsatib beradi.
