Abstract
Maqolada boshlang‘ich tayyorgarlik guruhidagi akademik eshkak eshuvchilarning musobaqa oldi psixologik tayyorgarligi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda 12–14 yoshli 10 nafar sportchi ishtirok etdi. Mashg‘ulotlar stressni kamaytirish, motivatsiya va konsentratsiya darajasini oshirishga qaratildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, 6 haftalik psixologik tayyorgarlik mashg‘ulotlaridan so‘ng sportchilarning sport tashvishi kamaydi, motivatsiya va konsentratsiya darajasi sezilarli darajada oshdi. Relaxatsiya va vizualizatsiya mashqlari yosh sportchilarda ruhiy barqarorlikni yaxshilashda samarali bo‘ldi.
