Аннотация
Данная статья посвящена анализу психологического понятия инновационного лидерства как ключевого фактора социально-экономического развития в XXI веке. Инновационное лидерство рассматривается как катализатор обновлений не только в сфере управления, но и в образовании, науке и социальной сфере. В статье исследуются трансформационные, харизматические и этические аспекты лидерства, а также освещается роль инновационного мышления, креативности и когнитивных способностей личности в формировании лидерских компетенций. Исследование подчеркивает важность интеграции психологических теорий лидерства в современную практику образования и управления в Узбекистане.
