Abstract
Ushbu maqola XXI asrda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishning asosiy omili sifatida innovatsion yetakchilikning psixologik tushunchasini tahlil qilishga qaratilgan. Unda innovatsion yetakchilik nafaqat boshqaruv sohasidagi, balki ta'lim, fan va ijtimoiy sohalardagi yangilanishlarning katalizatori sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola yetakchilikning transformatsion, karizmatik va etik jihatlarini ko‘rib chiqadi, shuningdek, shaxsning innovatsion tafakkuri, kreativligi va kognitiv qobiliyatlarining yetakchilik kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishdagi rolini yoritadi. Tadqiqot yetakchilikning psixologik nazariyalarini zamonaviy O‘zbekistondagi ta’lim va boshqaruv amaliyotlariga integratsiyalashning ahamiyatini ta’kidlaydi.
