Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy maqolada sprintga ixtisoslashgan malakali eshkak eshuvchilarning funksional va kuch ko‘rsatkichlari dinamikasi tahlil qilingan. Sportchilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligi, mashgʻulot yuklamalari va ularning ta’siri orqali kuch va chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlaridagi oʻzgarishlar o‘rganilgan. Dinamik kuzatuv asosida samarali mashgʻulot strategiyalari ishlab chiqilgan.
