Аннотация

This article analyzes the dynamics of functional and strength indicators in highly skilled sprint-specialized rowers. Changes in athletes’ physical fitness, training loads, and their impact on strength and endurance indicators have been studied. Based on dynamic observation, effective training strategies have been developed.
