Аннотация
В данной статье освещены вопросы научно обоснованного планирования различных нагрузок в предсоревновательной подготовке спортсменок, занимающихся видами единоборств (кикбокс, рукопашный бой, ММА и др.).
Проанализированы современные методические подходы, применяемые при физиологии, гормональном состоянии, психоэмоциональной подготовленности, особенностях восстановления и распределении нагрузок девушек-боевиц. Представлены практические рекомендации по 4-недельному циклу подготовки к соревнованиям.
